NANTUM’s analytics include but are not limited to: occupancy, electricity, BMS, HVAC, steam, interior space temperature, and localized weather.
NANTUM has full automation capabilities with the option for override by the building engineers.
NANTUM cloud’s effectiveness depends on the type and quality of data it receives from the NANTUM gateway within the building. In order for the NANTUM gateway to properly communicate with the data points, several considerations must be addressed during the site survey including BMS, smart meters, power quality meters, occupancy counter and network connectivity.  A site survey will be performed to asses these and more.
While NANTUM does not require a BMS to provide metrics and analytics, a BMS is required to access the automation functionality.
NANTUM utilizes a web-based graphic user interface (GUI), which allows for customization, settings and reporting.
